Flapper U800 Series Float Equipment
The flapper type float equipment is part of our U800 Float equipment series. This model is certified to API 10F specifications for pressure, temperature and durability.
It will serve as your primary valve after the displacement of cement. It’s designed to withstand extensive wear from heat, pressure, and other abrasive factors that come with cement drilling.

U800 Series Float Shoe The U800 Series Float Shoe has an aluminum flapper valve designed for use with high concentration of lost circulation material (LCM). This design allows large solids through the valve without clogging the system or flow obstruction. This float shoe is PDC drillable and can be ordered in single or double valve system, as well as multiple guide nose and cementing ports configurations. The float shoe is designed to withstand high temperature, pressure and abrasive factors from long periods of circulation. Our U800 Series Float Shoe is certified to API 10F Specifications. U801 Series Float Collar The U801 Series Float Collar serves as the secondary valve after the displacement of cement. It’s PDC drillable and meets the API 10F specifications. Primarily used as a port of landing for cementing plugs, it’s capable of supporting a wide range of pressures such as the impact pressure that come with the wiper plugs that are pumped through the casing, and then later the flow which comes back up the casing. During these periods of circulation, these valves will also withstand the range abrasive factors such as drilling fluids and cement slurry mixes. U800 Series Float Shoe
