U600 Series Differential Float Equipment
Our U600 Series Differential Fill Float Equipment allows fluid to enter the casing from the bottom while casing is run in the well. It is a double flapper valve design that allows casing fill-up to approximately 80 – 85% capacity before closing off flow.
The free-flow action when lowering the casing reduces surge pressures and help reduce casing run time. The valve is converted check valve by dropping a trip ball once at the desired depth.
It is 100% PDC drillable and certified to API 10F Specifications.

U600 Series Float Shoe Float shoes are run in unison with float collars and help guide the casing to target depth. They serve as the primary valve during cement displacement and prevent any returns back up the casing string. Our U600 Series Differential Fill Float Shoe is certified to API 10F Specifications. U601 Series Float Collar Float Collars are the secondary valve in preventing cement flow up the casing when used in unison with a float shoe, and the primary valve when used in unison with a guide shoe. They also serve as a landing point for cementing plugs. Our U601 Series Differential Float Collar is certified to API 10F Specifications. Technical Specifications:

U600 Series Float Shoe
Float shoes are run in unison with float collars and help guide the casing to target depth. They serve as the primary valve during cement displacement and prevent any returns back up the casing string.
Our U600 Series Differential Fill Float Shoe is certified to API 10F Specifications.

- Flow Rate (Forward): 6 bpm for 24 hours
- Flow Rate (Reverse): 3 bpm for 6 hours
- Back Pressure: 5,000 psi
- Temperature: 300 – 400 °F (depending on seals)

- 1.750” Valve: 2.19in²
